Circuit Training is one of the most effective and efficient forms of exercise. By moving quickly from one exercise and muscle group to another with little rest in between, circuit training not only allows for focus in strength training, but also requires the body to produce energy at a high level and therefore, increases heart rate, VO2 max, and core body temp – in other words, CARDIO!
That being said, this 45 minute workout may just be the best 45 minutes of your day!
