Cale Coshow is a 28-year-old Oklahoma native and former professional baseball player. After graduating from Deer Creek High School in 2010, where he played baseball and football, he went on to play baseball at the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma Christian University. He was drafted in 2013 by the New York Yankees organization. Unfortunately, his time playing baseball was cut short in 2019 after Tommy John surgery.

While he was unable to fulfill his goal of becoming a major league pitcher, he has now switched his focus to becoming a dedicated and successful personal trainer. He is personable, hard-working, and enthusiastic.

I want the very best for my clients and will push them to reach their maximum potential. Through my years of professional baseball, I have learned about proper ways of training, maintaining strength but also increasing flexibility to keep injuries at a minimum.

Cole wants to strive to help children obtain their goals of a college scholarship – or any other goals they have in their sports. He is also looking forward to helping adults who are looking for improvement in fitness and confidence.

He has been married to his wonderful wife Alex since December 2017. She is currently a resident pediatrician at OU Children’s Hospital Oklahoma City. They have three dogs who are best friends, Maggie, Maya and Major. In his free time, he enjoys golf, smoking meats, and spending time at their pool.
