What is Virtual Training?
Virtual (personal) training refers to utilizing the expertise of a Certified Personal Trainer remotely to achiever your health and fitness or weight loss goals. Whether you choose the comfort of your own home, your favorite workout facility, or Body Language, your workouts can be programmed around available equipment and in order to meet your specific needs.
After selecting your plan, you'll meet with a Certified Personal Trainer for a goal-setting session. If you are local to Body Language, body measurements, body fat, and BMI analysis will be recorded. You will then receive your workouts and training plan within 48 hours of your meeting. If you're not sure which plan to choose, we'll be happy to help you decide which plan will best fit your needs. Each plan includes weekly accountability communication from your trainer.
Those choosing Tier 2 and 3 will download the free app, Trainerize. Through Trainerize, you'll be able to track your progress, view your workouts, and communicate with your trainer. In addition to access to your program online, you can take advantage of regularly scheduled group, or one-on-one calls with your trainer. Pay for Tier 2
