Sarah Martin
Sarah is a Jesus loving wife, mom of two crazy boys, personal & group fitness trainer, and a certified pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coach. That being said, in all transparency, she really is just a girl making her way through the world, trying to make this one life count.
Sarah has found a passion for health and fitness post college when she realized she had no idea how to truly take care of herself. She became fascinated with the healing power of food and exercise.
Then cue the craziness of multiple pregnancies and motherhood, seasons of intense anxiety and depression, and loss of identity. Through all the ups and downs Sarah realized she had three things that always anchored her: Jesus, family, and fitness.
Through fitness she was able to find her way back to herself, and heal and strengthen her body and mind in a way she never had before. One personal training certification and two babies later, she has never felt more confident in herself and what her body can do!
Now she is partnering with other women in their journey to do the same thing. Through personalized training programs, her mission is to help women regain confidence in their bodies, prepare physically and mentally for birth, and support a smooth recovery afterwards. She believes that with the right guidance, it is possible to not only heal but also fall in love with your new body and achieve your strongest, healthiest self.
