No child under the age of 3 can be left alone in the child care area without supervision by a Body Language staff member.

All children under the age of 12 are required to be in the childcare area. If child is with an adult while working out and paying for a membership for their child, this is subject for discussion.

Please refrain from bringing any food that contains peanuts.

Any drink needs to be brought in a spill proof container.

To ensure a safe and happy environment for all children a 1 hour and 15-minute time limit is set for childcare.

You will be given a timer that will go off when it is time to pick up your children. If you are attending back to back classes a 1 hour and 30-minute limit can be set.

You must sign up for child care by the day before by 6 pm on our MindBody app. This allows us to have adequate staff and care for your children.

If you don’t schedule a time slot the day before, you may call the office to see if there is availability for same day care.
