Elizabeth Shoemaker
Since 2023, Elizabeth has had the incredible opportunity to lead group fitness classes and work one-on-one with clients as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer at Body Language. She is also certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach and RockSteady Coach.
A former Division I volleyball player, Elizabeth competed her freshman year at Fairfield University before transferring to Oklahoma State University, where she earned a degree in Sports Management. During that time at OSU, she began her coaching career and brings over 15 years of coaching experience.
Whether Elizabeth is helping someone reach a new personal goal, enhance their athletic performance, improve their overall health, or push through a challenge they once thought impossible, she is honored to be part of their journey. Everyone comes in with a different story, a different background, and different goals. She is here for every step, sweat, and success story.
Outside of training and coaching, Elizabeth and her husband Jason stay busy raising their four children. When she’s not at the gym or on the court, you’ll find her cheering on her kids at their activities or volunteering at her church.
“In any given set of circumstances, there are two thing you can control: Attitude and Effort.” -Billy Cox
