Ryann Schlegal

Ryann is a Certified Personal Trainer with a lifelong passion for movement. Growing up, she played basketball and softball for most of her life and spent time exploring soccer, volleyball, football, dance, and even triathlons.

In 2016, her younger brother was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease, beginning years of hospital visits and uncertainty. When COVID hit, Ryann was pulled out of school and isolated for more than two years. During that time, her mom and brother relocated to Texas for his bone marrow transplant, and Ryann became his 10/10 donor match—an experience that permanently shaped her strength and perspective.

The long quarantine left her inactive, struggling physically and mentally, and disconnected from the athletic life she once loved. Although it was hard Ryann refused to stay there. She rediscovered movement—and fell in love with fitness all over again. That transformation didn’t just change her body-it revealed her purpose.

Today, Ryann uses her journey to inspire and guide others. She is committed to helping people become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves and believes that with the right mindset and consistent effort, anyone can overcome their obstacles and achieve their goals.
