Tim is a former college athlete who, in the last 6 months at Body Language, has transformed his life. He might not be on the court again, but we have watched him progress to things he definitely couldn’t do during his first workout. From his blood work to his strength, Tim has gotten years back on his life. I couldn’t be more proud and happier for him. He is in the gym consistently 2 times a week with me and 2-3 days on his own doing cardio. He has lost over 20 lbs and 20 inches over the last 6 months and has more big goals ahead. Tim has changed his eating habits but still enjoys life’s pleasures.  He is focused on his long-term healthy lifestyle for his family. Way to go Tim! – Haley

Hi FitFam! Meet Tim. He’s been working out with Haley for a little over 7 months now and is encouraged by the results he’s seen in such a relatively short period of time. At 39 years young, he is excited to say he’s done an unassisted pull up for the first time in 20 years! And we couldn’t be more excited FOR him!

A former OU basketball player, Tim his no stranger to exercise, but says that training one-on-one with Haley is his favorite part about working out these days. He enjoys the constantly varied workouts and exercise variations you get when working with a qualified personal trainer. Although hearing her say “burpees” is by far his least favorite thing.

This process has been a rewarding one for Tim. His hard work has led to changes in the way his body looks and the way he feels on a daily basis. “What you eat and drink matters! You can’t just work out and expect results. You have to change your eating behaviors,” he says. Speaking of eating behaviors, he has traded (most of) his ice cream or dessert treats for healthy smoothies and parfaits as a way of making better diet decisions.

When he’s not in the gym, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family and friends.
