Working out postpartum has had a huge impact on my mental health. Taking some time during my day to focus on my health and wellness enables me to come home refreshed to be a better mom and wife!

My husband has been a member for some time now and I would pop in every now and again during my pregnancy. Now that I have a different work schedule, 24/7 access is a huge plus so I can pop in when I have the time! The encouragement and warmth from the staff and current members is something that I love about this place.

Show up and give it your best! I’m a working mom so shorter time increments helps me stay focused. Your kiddos want to do what you do, so by getting up and doing some sort of movement a few times per week will encourage them to do the same!

(From James…) Working out has helped me to refrain from the “dad bod”. Makes me feel like I am taking care of myself so I can take care of my family.

BL is a gym family that makes me enjoy going to the gym. All of the class options and daycare availability makes it inexcusable to quit going.

Make it a priority and give it a shot! Everyone is at a different stage in their fitness journey – BL will meet you wherever that may be…plus those at the gym are ready to support you!
